歐蒂娜小時候曾被一位王子所救，並被這位王子深深吸引著，於是她自己決定要成為一位王子，並開始作男性化打扮。她入讀鳳學園，並與名叫姬宮安希的學生同住。安希的性格十分柔弱，歐蒂娜為了保護她而與其他人決鬥，並因此被扯進了學生會爭奪「發動世界革命力量」的一系列決鬥中……
