露娜因為生病而自行回家，在路上幾乎被車撞到，被宇宙翔所救，並細心照料，並心生愛戀。而宇宙翔在故事初時撿到一個水晶簇，水晶簇中寄生著月亮雪公主，而宇宙翔一直將竹取公主當成自己的夢中情人。月亮雪公主利用宇宙翔在得到了足夠的能量後，試圖侵略地球。水手月亮用夢幻銀水晶消滅了敵人。水手月亮滿足了露娜的心願，把露娜變成一個美麗的女孩，向宇宙翔表白心意，與宇宙翔一起進行一場宇宙之旅。
