受到喜愛網球的大富翁–櫻吹雪彥磨邀請的青學網球校隊成員們，來到一艘豪華客船上進行友誼表演賽，結束當天練習並準備面對隔日比賽的青學成員們，遇到了一位自稱是『龍馬的哥哥』的少年，所有的人包含龍馬，都大吃一驚；另一方面，青學正副隊長–手塚和大石，在友誼賽前一晚，被櫻吹雪要求青學校隊們故意輸掉第二天的友誼賽，原來這艘豪華客船上，隱藏著一場鉅額賭金的賭局，但是身在海中，無法從船上逃走的青學校隊成員們，又該如何度過此次的危機呢？
