「風之民」的末裔亞蒙是個具有不可思議力量的少年，但想要征服世界的布拉尼克卻企圖利用亞蒙的這種力量作為能源來製造大屠殺的武器——微粒子爆彈。在從布拉尼克手中逃跑時，亞蒙不慎落入深淵，這時他得到了「海之民」瑪莉婭的幫助。亞蒙與瑪莉婭決心一起來打倒布拉尼克，故事就從這裡展開了。
