原本是不良少年的鬼塚英吉因為想要親近年輕的女高中生而成為教師，但卻成為國中老師、並與學生發生的故事。鬼塚英吉被分配到三年4班這個以欺負教師聞名全校的班級，全校所有的老師都將教授該班視為噩夢，其班級成員臥虎藏龍，會以各種殘酷的方式將新教師驅逐出去、甚至有教師被逼得自殺。而就在鬼塚英吉任教之後，這個班級的學生們逐漸改變了作風，隱藏在班級背後、其迫害教師的原因也浮上檯面......。
