再過幾天又是月圓之夜，十六歲女高中生「真野妖子」的周圍開始不斷出現魔物，原來這次月圓正是人間的月亮和魔界的月亮重合的日子，魔物們想趁此機會進行魔界召喚的儀式讓魔界女王復活，而身為魔物獵人第一百零八代傳人的妖子，自然是牠們最大的障礙，所以魔物們千方百計想設法解決掉她。而妖子從奶奶那裡繼承了魔物獵人代代相傳的戒指，與魔物展開了大戰 ………
