Shion is a sister (although she doesn't dress like one) of Earu Church. She and her Meister Otome, Raquel Mayol, go around to help people in need. Sifr Fran was rescued from a kidnap by them with request from Bruce Windbloom, the king of Windbloom. Although Shion is the master of Raquel, she often gets teased by her Otome.<br /><br />
