小松奈奈為了跟隨在東京考上大學的男友，搭上新幹線列車前往東京。在列車上小松奈奈和大崎娜娜相遇了。兩人的個性雖然相反，但彼此卻是意氣相投。之後，奈奈在尋找住處時，意外的和娜娜再次見面。兩人一起租下了一所公寓的707號房，開始了共同生活。
