せっかくトイズが戻ってきたのもつかの間、またまたトイズを失ってしまったミルキィホームズの4人。好敵手の復活を強く望む「怪盗帝国」のリーダー・アルセーヌは、ミルキィホームズがトイズを取り戻すようにと、陰になり日向になり4人をサポートするが4人にトイズが復活する気配は全くない。それどころか、4人は貧乏生活にすっかり慣れ、ダメダメ街道まっしぐら。遂にはトイズだけでなく、学院生活に一番大事なものもすっかり忘れてしまい･･･。
