大元帥系真言密教宗派之一光言宗有一種神秘的法術，令那些對人世間仍有眷戀的女性死屍變成能思考能走動的屍姬。屍姬的能力比常人強數倍，更有不死之身，她們必須與光言宗的和尚訂下契約，把其他為禍人間的屍殺死。只要殺滿一百零八具就可以圓約，升上天堂。 女主角星村真姬那，與光言宗的契約僧田神景世訂下契約，以追殺其他殭屍及找出殺死自己的仇人七星為生。然而景世不幸戰死，契約轉來其收養的少年花神旺里身上，同時勢力最大的敵人大群開始展開陰謀，戰況越漸明朗起來。
