在2008年，因為謎樣的勢力出現，因此日本中所有動畫、遊戲、漫畫、音樂、鐵路、Cosplay等一切御宅文化都被排除了。周邊商品被沒收，御宅族則在保護的名目下遭到鎮壓，人們如同失去了自我一般毫無疑問。維持秩序的組織「SSC」四處橫行，御宅族看似要滅亡的的這個時刻――奪回被封鎖的秋葉原、豎起反旗的人們出現了。 年輕的革命者「御宅英雄」———熱愛御宅文化勝過一切、比誰都更熱愛秋葉原的男人。以及仰慕他的三名魔法少女———「安娜琪」、「藍」、「粉紅」。以2011年的日本為舞台，集結在自由旗幟下的御宅族們――秋葉原革命軍、向SSC首領「SHOBON」發起了壯絕的挑戰。將混沌與秩序都破壞，為了能夠自由的說出自己所愛之物的世界。
