皇櫻女子學院高中生紗倉響為了減肥，與千金小姐奏流院朱美一起加入新開幕的健身俱樂部「SILVERMAN GYM」，在那裏遇見健身教練街雄鳴造，向他學習如何健身。之後兩人的同學上原彩也香、轉學生吉娜·波特及她們的老師立花里美也加入她們的行列。
