A Taiwanese detective that appears in episode 43. He explains to Motoko that Kuze's presence had a powerful effect on the refugees, and that he went by the name of "Roh", a Chinese character that means serene as a sunny day, and as brutal as a wolf. Kuze also seemed like a ronin, someone who might wander away again and disappear at any time, so the refugees in Taiwan gave him the nickname Roh.<br /> <br /> Before she leaves the station, he discloses that her plane will not leave until tomorrow, giving Kusanagi some much needed free time. <br /> <br /><br />
