Joganki is a high-ranking member of The Third’s council. He’s collected and counfident, but not overly so. Joganki has a strong interest in Honoka, and they seem to have some sort of history – but Honoka wants nothing to do with him. She grumbles and complains about his constant “interference”… yet Joganki still continues to keep a watchful eye on her from his lofty seat in Hyperius.<br /><br />
