Legrange was an Alliance vice admiral and commander of the 11th Fleet.<br /> He participated in the National Salvation Military Council&#039;s coup d&#039;&eacute;tat against the Alliance government, and shortly afterwards led the 11th Fleet in battle against the forces of Yang Wen-li, who fought for the restoration of the previous government.
