Kage Houshi, whose real name is Kagerou, is the first antagonist of the series. She possesses the madougu Eikai Kyoku ("Shadow Ball"), which allows her to teleport through shadows, show people the past, and perform acts of scrying. Later in the series she is also seen wielding a Shikigami (hair) and the madogu Hokishin. <br /> <br />
