Kaede is the 20-year-old owner of the local candy shop. She is a graduate of the Asahigaoka Branch School and is Kazuho's underclassman. She is called "Candy Store" much to her chagrin. Aside from selling candies, she also runs a ski rental business mainly because skiing is her hobby and she doesn't want to lose the opportunity to make money.<br /> <br /> She used to babysit Renge when Renge was still a baby and is shown to be very protective of her.<br /><br />
