鹿羽吾郎;ピェーペル将軍, Gorou Shikabane
The largest member of Zvezda, Gorou Shikabane utilizes handheld explosives to fight against his opponents. He is Itsuka's father. It is shown that he and Yasu Morozumi were gangsters in the past, with Yasu working under Goro.
