He looks like a crabby old man and is obsessed by the desire to find precious objects and so he digs everywhere with his shovel which was given to him by Gokuu.<br /> <br /> Sagojou is based on Sha Wujing from the Chinese classical novel, Journey to the West.<br /><br />
