Principal Minami takes her job as chairwoman seriously and cares about Otonokizaka High School very much, but doesn't believe there's anything she can do to save it. She also cares a great deal about her daughter Kotori, as shown in episode 11 when she asks her if she's sure about her decision.<br /><br />
