Suginami is Jun'ichi and Nemu's classmate and often gives Jun'ichi advice about relationships with girls. Although he is an excellent athlete, a top student, and good-looking, his oddly disturbing personality causes most people to keep their distance from him. He enjoys teasing Mako and dragging Jun'ichi into various situations.<br /> <br /> His descendant in Da Capo II, 50 years later, looks and acts exactly like the "old" Suginami.<br /><br />
