Dark Rockman.EXE is a delinquent NetNavi created from a part of Rockman's data, effectively becoming his "evil half." Jealous of Rockman and Netto's friendship, he attacks their friends and attempts to impersonate Rockman, though the disguise is quickly seen through.<br /> <br />
