Ark Manaf is one of the three wizards on the Hot Springs planet of Tenrei. He aided Gene by helping construct powerful caster shells for him, in exchange for certain "risque" photographs. He is not very wealthy though, and has to earn a living by selling souvenirs.<br /><br />
