Anime Version<br /> Kan'u's brother. When Kan'u was a child, her village got caught up in the middle of a bloody war. Eventually her village became the battlefield. In an effort to save her life, Kan'u's older brother sought her out and hid her, while he himself was left cornered. He was murdered right in front of Kan'u as she remained hidden. His death brought Kan'u great pain, since she loved and admired him so much. It could even be said that Kan'u loved him so much that she developed a big brother complex toward him. It was that pain of losing those close to her that inspired Kan'u to travel the world, to prevent others from experiencing the same pain she had that night.<br /><br />
