Eiji is the mysterious leader of the organization called ASHURUM. Scouted by him, Kai was delegated to the ASHURUM special force AESES and undergo intensive training. Eiji seems to have a strange fascination with Kai's younger sister, Hikaru, who have been under medical treatments by the organization because of her poor health.<br /><br />
