Jei (ジェイ) is a shinobi of Kumogakure. His wardrobe is similar to Kirābī. Jei discovers that Kirābī is fighting members of Akatsuki while transformed into the Eight-Tailed Beast. He sends word of his discovery to the Raikage and then uses his lizards to follow Kirābī's opponents. He is soon discovered and captured.
