Noelle is a character of the day who appeared in <i>Strategy Begins at Home!</i>. She is one of Johanna's students as well as a friend of Dawn's.<br /> <br /> Prior to Dawn's return to Twinleaf Town with Ash and Brock, Noelle had been staying at Dawn's home for the past week so she could train to become a Pokémon Coordinator under Johanna's guidance. Brock fell head over heels with her and proceeded to flirt with her throughout the day. He was eventually stopped not only by his Croagunk, but by Noelle's overprotective Bellossom as well.<br /> <br /> Noelle showed herself to be keen to learn.
