Leona's parents are characters of the day who appeared in <i>Hot Springing a Leak!</i>. They run a Sinnoh hot spring hotel along with their daughter Leona, a close friend of Dawn's.<br /> <br /> Eventually, their hot spring water was stolen by someone. After tracing their water pipe, they discovered a new one was attached and used their Wooper to find the culprits. When Ash, his friends, and Leona arrived on the scene, they met Leona's parents. Dawn informed them that Team Rocket was behind the scheme, though the pair enjoyed Team Rocket's motto and almost forgot about their criminal activity.
