Kylan is a character of the day who appeared in |i]Evolution by Fire![/i]. He was first seen in a Battle Club in Astilbe Town, battling in a Double Battle with Shamus. After he lost, Kylan was later cornered by Shamus, who told him that he had to give him his Pokémon. Ash and his friends intervened and kept Shamus busy long enough for Don George to walk by, deterring him from taking Kylan's Pokémon.
