The expert stonecutter or master stonecutter is a character of the day who appeared in <i>Bibarel Gnaws Best</i>.<br /> <br /> After injuring his back while working a new stone bridge, he left his job and his Pokémon crew to recover while Isis headed the operations.<br /> <br /> He later returned, fully recovered. He is known to be very knowledgeable on the subject of stonecutting, and knew the bridge as it currently was would collapse just by looking at the blueprints designed by the Head engineer. He also managed to improve Bibarel's skill in stonecutting at least tenfold, and Bibarel is very loyal to him.<br /> <br /> With the expert stonecutter's improved plans, Isis and Ash's group fixed the bridge and finished everything on schedule.<br /> <br /> (Source: Bulbapedia)<br /><br />
