Todo is the president of Yamabuki High School's Broadcasting Club, and is a third-year student when Yuno and Miyako are in the first year and Hiro and Sae are in the second year. She is an original character in <em>Hidamari Sketch x 365</em> anime and doesn't appear in <em>Hidamari Sketch</em> manga.<br /><br />
