Bem is the leader of three youkai-ningen, carrying out his own justice at any given time. He has faith that by defeating evil and saving human beings, someday, he can become a human. Whenever he senses signs of evil, he makes his appearance throughout Libra, both in Upper town and the Outside.<br /> <br /> He accurately assesses situations and always prioritizes the safety of other human beings.
