Constance McGee (or Maggy) is the deuteragonist of <i>Majutsushi Orphen: The Reckless Journey</i>. Serving as the 2nd class police dispatch officer, also daughter to Frederick McGee, the "Steam King of Urban-Rama". She has two sisters: Dorothy and Bonnie.<br /><br />
