Introduced in episode 36, Belamis is a powerful cyborg in search of a new homeworld as the original one was destroyed. They butt heads with Jan Kugo and remain rivals for most of the show. Based on Oscar from <i>Rose of Versailles</i> that started airing in 1979.<br /><br />
