Martha's charioteer. A kind uncle. He have served the Fowlet house for many years and also knows Frederick well when he was in college. Ben doesn't think very well of David, who gives orders as if he owns it every time he comes to Martha's mansion, but he listens to what he says reluctantly.<br /><br />
