Huang Louis was an Alliance politician who served as the Secretary of Human Resources in the administrations of Chairmen Royal Sanford and Job Trunicht. He left government service when the Galactic Empire invaded the Alliance during Operation Ragnarök, after briefly acting as an adviser to the postwar chairman João Rebelo.
