Carla Vargas is the daughter of Castor Vargas, granddaughter of Excel Walter, and friend to Liscia Elfrieden. She was formally the second-in-command to the Air Force of the Vargas Duchy and is currently a slave/maid to Kazuya Souma and Liscia.<br /> <br /> Like her father, Carla is headstrong and stubborn, with extreme pride. Though considered as very attractive, she has steadfastly refused all suitors, stating that she would never take a husband who was weaker than herself.
