Elemi is the protagonist of the work <i>Denshinbashira Elemi no Koi</i>, a medium-length claymation film - one of the aspects of the stop motion animation technique - winner of the Ōfuji Noburō Award of the year 2009. During the production's plot, we followed a love affair platonic happened to Elemi, a disillusionment in which she ended up falling in love with Takahashi, the electrician who once fixed her from a short circuit. She, then taken by the uncontrollable desire to be romantically corresponded by the boy, uses her role as a telephone pole to contact Takahashi through calls, pretending to be a woman.<br /><br />
