Naoto is Hinata's Tachibanas brother.<br /> <br /> He is a police officer and helps Takemichi travel back in time with a hand shake. This happened once when Takemichi was first teleported to the past and made a pact to protect Hinata. He is the main help and informant for Takemichi.<br /><br />
