The police detective who controls Lags Town. He worked his way up the ranks, so to speak, and he took care of Shu as a “father figure” during his police days. Though he's a police detective, he feels limited by the “invisible powers” in the town, so he provides incidental backup for Shu and Porilyn.<br /><br />
