The main chef and owner of Trattoria Samon, the restaurant where Tatsuya and his Samon's two children, Natsuki and Jin, work. He tends to be a fair boss to his employees who do not have a problem with him as their boss. Samon admires Takeshi Takano's work as a photographer and even was able to get his autograph in the first episode of the anime.<br /><br />
