故事是講述高中二年級的女孩「塚本天滿」，就像很多女生一樣戀愛了，但是卻一直沒有辦法將自己的心情傳達給喜歡的對象「烏丸大路」。只是，烏丸再過一年就要轉學了。即使如此，天滿在妹妹八雲和朋友的幫助下，為了告白而做了變裝護士和箭書等等的趣事。 另一方面，愛上如此的天滿並和她同班的不良高中生「播磨拳兒」，卻也一樣無法將自己的心意傳達給天滿知道而失落著……
