某一天，女主角樱小路乘坐巴士从学校归来，突然看到公园里燃起苍蓝色的火焰。火焰里的人们被活活烧死，而那里有着一位身穿学生制服的少年的身影。<br /> 事发不久，少年・大神零便以转校生的身份出现在樱的面前。樱在得知他的真面目和目的之时，也同时获知了“不存在的人”=CØDE:BREAKER制裁“罪恶”，以及暗地里操纵他们的组织“EDEN”的存在。<br /> 真正的“正义”与“罪恶”到底是什么？围绕CØDE:BREAKER的“异能者”们而展开的战斗物语，现在开始。
