舞台位于关东的某一个港口都市。<br /> 在一直孤单一人生活的丹童子有马面前，突然出现了一位带领著执事和女仆的少女·蓝羽琉璃。<br /> 琉璃的目的是希望能借用寄宿在有马身上的Sacred Seven的力量。<br /> 但是，在过去因曾经使用了那力量而伤害了其他人的有马，在情绪不稳的状态下赶走了琉璃。另一方面，这个平稳的城市中突然出现了石之魔物“恶石”。能够打倒恶石的，只有有马所拥有的Sacred Seven之力。但暴走状态下的力量只是导致了事态的恶化。<br /> 为了能够解放有马的“真正的能力”，琉璃将宝石进行了炼成。<br /> 「将我的意志（圣石）交付于你。」<br /> 铭刻上了琉璃的思绪的有马的力量，将“恶石”全数击碎！！
