故事中身為騎士團舊貴族之女的「瑟希莉・坎貝爾」，遇到了一名手持怪劍的男子「路克」，他逼退使用了禁忌惡魔契約的大漢。瑟希莉原本正在找尋鍛造店，打算重新冶煉父親那把即將壽終正寢的古劍，卻因此迷上了路克的劍，而路克也正巧經營著一家打鐵舖，一切的故事便從這兩人的相遇開始。
