不可思議的少女──花戶小鳩有個「想去的地方」，為達到目的，她必須收集許多受傷的心來裝滿瓶子，在那之前，便需要治癒那些人們的心靈創傷。機緣巧合的情況下，小鳩來到人手不足的幼稚園幫忙，然而那是一間面臨廢校的幼稚園。於幼稚園打工的青年藤本清和、園長沖浦清花，還有幼稚園的小孩子們和其他人，都受到小鳩的真誠打動，而小鳩的內心也開始逐漸成長。小鳩成功治癒許多受傷的心，但最後又能否拯救到即將廢校的幼稚園呢？小鳩最終又能否達到目的？至於引導小鳩的不可思議小狗布娃娃──五百阿藏，其真正身分又到底是……？
