主角「丹」的妹妹由於機械人引起的意外導致雙腳不便行走，因此他對於「BFB」的競賽有著相當程度的反感，並且想著要帶妹妹前往月球醫治雙腳。這樣的丹偶然間遇上了一位少女，同時也初次駕駛了機器人，之後對於能夠自由奔跑、跳躍的感覺無法忘懷的丹，終於去現場看了BFB的競賽，而一切的傳說就從這裡開始。
