主角退魔師孔雀以清除魔物為主，從嬲樂尼祭祀的凶皇佛、鬼火島的櫻花豐穰、吃了會長生不老的人魚肉、復活的死人等等，孔雀開始與黑暗世界的對手展開戰鬥。大聖歡喜天策劃使孔雀王復活的計畫，黃幡星操控死人倶摩羅，魔神軍荼利策劃的歐魯加與歐康姐弟化成黑暗大日如來的悲劇。
