周防堇在國中是女子足球隊的翼鋒，有著驚人的足球天分。但由於其他同學跟不上她的程度，導致球隊每年都在地區大賽中敗退。即將從國中畢業時，她在球場上的對手曾志崎綠邀她等上高中後一起踢球，原本曾志崎綠想加入足球強校浦和邦成，但周防堇卻因為「某個原因」而選擇弱小的蕨青南高。之後，從前的知名女子職業足球選手「生剝鬼能見」來到蕨青南高擔任教練，她們之間將會擦出什麼樣的火花……？
