塚本天滿是矢神高中二年級的學生。她就跟許多女孩子一樣正陷入愛河之中。她喜歡上的對象是同班同學烏丸大路。為了跟一年後就要去美國的烏丸告白，她每天都在努力地奮鬥中。而戴着太陽眼鏡、留着鬍子，一眼就看得出他是不良少年的播磨拳兒，喜歡上同班同學塚本天滿。不知道為什麼，他每天都過着把天滿根本沒發覺到的熱情，發泄在漫畫原稿上的生活。許多故事，就以這兩個人為主軸開始發展。
